Thickener Tank and Equipment Installation

Project Description:

The customer needed installation of a thickener tank, a water tank, and the thickener mechanism. This is a fairly consistent package across the sand mining industry although few companies bring together the knowledge and ability to perform the entire installation scope which included tanks and equipment from various vendors. The thickener mechanism is a specialized item with tight tolerances and a specific build sequence that is critical to allow it to operate properly. RPM’s ability to drive a tight schedule, manage overlapping installation scopes, and build to exacting tolerances, all with knowledgeable field personnel and PM support allowed this project to complete ahead of the desired schedule.
